Application of capacitive handpieces:

This type of applicator (monopolar) is used for superficial treatments and when using these applicators, the device mode should be set to CET.

Application of resistance handpieces:

This type of applicator (monopolar) is used for deep treatments and when using these applicators, the device mode should be set to RET.

Use of bipolar applicators

These applicators are bipolar and do not require the use of a plate and the current is transmitted directly to the body. Takar machine مدل TC500 با تولید امواج رادیوفرکانس موجب انتقال انرژی به بافت‌های بدن می‌شود. سلول‌های تشکیل‌دهنده بافت، حاوی یون‌های منفی و مثبت هستند. زمانی که یک جریان DC به سلول اعمال می‌شود، یون‌های منفی به سمت قطب مثبت و یون‌های مثبت به سمت قطب منفی حرکت می‌کنند و تا پایان تحریک آن‌جا باقی می‌مانند. اما اگر پلاریتۀ جریان، با فرکانس بالایی در محدودۀ RF به طور متناوب عوض شود، یون‌ها با سرعت زیاد به صورت رفت و برگشتی بین الکترودها جابه‌جا می‌شوند که به این اتفاق، آشفتگی یونی گفته می‌شود. انرژی جنبشی ناشی از این حرکت سریع یونی، باعث تولید حرارت در بافت خواهدشد. حرارت ایجادشده در بافت، بلافاصله درد را کاهش می‌دهد؛ با گشاد شدن عروق خونی، گردش خون افزایش پیدا می‌کند؛ انقباضات کاهش یافته و قدرت جذب سیستم لنفاوی افزایش پیدا می‌کند.
